At The Blink Cart, we carefully prepare and inspect orders before dispatch. Because of the nature of our products and our fast-delivery model, our standard policy is no returns and no exchanges.
However, nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.
1. No Returns
Except where required by applicable law, The Blink Cart does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or other reasons that do not qualify for a legally required remedy.

2. No Exchanges
Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer product exchanges.
Once an order has been delivered and accepted, customers generally cannot request an exchange simply because they changed their mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer want the item.
3. Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.
To help us investigate, you may be asked to provide:

- Customer name
- Contact number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the shipping label
- Video evidence, where appropriate
- A description of the issue
We will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
4. Defective Products
If a product is defective or does not conform to the applicable product description or legal requirements, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, price adjustment, or another legally applicable remedy.
5. Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, notify us promptly.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the received product and packaging.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
6. Change-of-Mind Requests
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer:
- Changed their mind
- Ordered the wrong item
- Selected the wrong color or variation
- Ordered the wrong quantity
- No longer wants the product
- Dislikes the product after purchase
7. Product Appearance
Minor differences between product images and the actual product may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, packaging updates, or other factors.
Such minor differences do not automatically qualify an order for return or exchange.
8. Hygiene and Personal-Use Products
For hygiene, safety, or personal-use reasons, certain products may be subject to additional restrictions where permitted by applicable law.

Where a refund is legally required or otherwise approved, the method and timing of the refund will depend on the original payment method and applicable payment-provider procedures.

13. Important Legal Notice
This policy is not intended to remove or restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable UAE law.
Where applicable law provides a customer with a right to return, replacement, repair, refund, compensation, or another remedy, that legal right will prevail over any conflicting provision of this policy.
